Founding Member Beta Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose of the Beta

Grantera is currently in a private beta. The goal of this beta is to:

• Give your organization early access to Grantera’s tools, and
• Allow us to learn from your usage and feedback so we can improve the product.

During beta, features may change, break, or be temporarily unavailable. We may add or remove functionality without prior notice.

2. No Guarantee of Funding

Grantera provides research tools, recommendations, and AI-generated drafts to help you target and approach potential funders.

We do not guarantee any specific grant outcome or funding result. All decisions about which funders to approach, what to submit, and how to manage relationships remain your responsibility.

3. Your Account & Access

• You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and not share access outside of your organization without our permission.
• You agree not to scrape, bulk-export, or systematically copy data from the platform.
• We may suspend or revoke beta access if we detect misuse, abuse, or security concerns.

4. Data & Privacy

We may store information you enter into Grantera (organization details, pipeline data, notes, documents) for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

• We will not sell your organization’s data to third parties.
• You agree not to upload highly sensitive personal data (e.g., medical records, social security numbers, etc.) into the system.

A more detailed Privacy Policy will govern how we handle data generally. If there is any conflict, the Privacy Policy prevails.

5. AI-Generated Content

Grantera may generate drafts (e.g., LOIs, proposals, emails) using AI models.

• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before sending or submitting it.
• You agree not to represent AI-generated content as legal or financial advice.
• We are not liable for errors or omissions in AI-generated content.

6. Founding Member Pricing

As a Founding Member:

• Your price is $125/month, billed annually ($1,500 per year).
• This price is locked in for at least 10 years as long as you remain a customer in good standing.
• This is not a 10-year contract. You may choose not to renew at the end of any annual term.

If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current paid year. If you later return after a gap in service, your price may be subject to then-current standard pricing.

We may update the Founding Member offer for new customers in the future, but those changes will not affect your locked-in price while your subscription remains active.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your Founding Member plan at the end of any billing year by notifying us before your renewal date.

During beta, we may offer a 14-day money-back period for first-year Founding Members. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on your invoice or order form.

8. Feedback & Testimonials

By participating in the beta:

• You agree that we may use your feedback, suggestions, and bug reports to improve Grantera without any obligation to compensate you.
• With your written permission, we may also reference your organization as a Founding Member in marketing materials or case studies.

9. “As-Is” Beta Disclaimer

The beta is provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the beta.

10. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Acceptance

By clicking “I agree” or by accessing and using the Grantera beta, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms, and
• You have the authority to agree to them on behalf of your organization.
