Founding Member Terms (Summary)
This is a plain-language summary of the Founding Member promotion. You should still review the full agreement we send you before activating your account.
- Price lock, not a contract: Your subscription is billed annually at $1,500/yr (equivalent to $125/mo) and this rate is locked for up to ten (10) years from your activation date, as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.
- No long-term commitment: You may cancel at the end of any paid year. There is no obligation to remain for the full ten years.
- If you cancel and return later: if you choose to cancel and rejoin in the future, you will be subject to then-current standard pricing, not the Founding Member rate.
- One organization per membership: the Founding Member price lock applies to a single organization (one EIN). Additional entities or affiliates may require separate plans.
- Limited availability: the Founding Member cohort is capped and may be closed or modified at any time for new applicants. Existing Founding Members keep their price lock as long as they remain active.
- What’s included: features and limits (seats, projects, usage) will be outlined in your specific plan description. Future add-on modules may carry separate fees, but your core platform price remains locked.
